How to book an appointment

You can  make a face to face or telephone appointment by coming to the surgery or calling us on 01634 250142. Alternatively, you can use eConsult.  Unfortunately, we cannot book appointments online because we want to make sure you see the right doctor.

Urgent Illness

If you think you need to be seen quickly, please contact the surgery at 8am. If there's no face to face appointments available, you'll get a triage call to make sure you get the right care.

Help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

MPA offers evening and weekend GP appointments at different locations across Medway and Swale. This gives more appointment options each week to help with the growing number of patients.

The reception staff at the surgery might be able to book an appointment for you through this service, depending on availability. You can find more information here Medway Practices Alliance.

Chaperones

If you need a chaperone to be with you during your consultation, please let the receptionist know.

New Data Protection Regulations from May 2018 (GDPR)

Under the new data protection rules starting from May 25th, 2018, we will keep sending text messages to patients about their care if they have given permission.

If practices send messages about recommended treatment for a specific health problem, it’s considered as providing the right care for patients, not for marketing.
